The United Fund of Globe Miami was first launched in 1964 as a means to help raise funds to provide to local service agencies in the Globe-Miami community. That year, 5 agencies (Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Salvation Army, Red Cross, and YMCA), received a combined total investment of $11,074.50.

In 2021, United Fund combined donations and corporate match dollars to provide $300,000 to 21 local charities! There's no end in sight for our mission to serve the Globe-Miami communities!

Our board is comprised of community members representing local businesses and causes. Over 95% of the the funding we receive goes directly back into our community.
